If this is the case, it is likely due to one of the following scenarios:
- The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
- The postal worker will scan all of their packages to say they were “successfully delivered” and then spends the next 1-2 days delivering them. If you do not receive your package two days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will start a trace.
Note: We do not offer refunds on missing packages that Canada Post says have been successfully delivered. This is non-negotiable and applies to all Canadian provinces and territories.
