The product must be actively listed and sold by both us and the Canadian competitor. Send us a photo or link for the product that shows the product name, price, and company. Price matches are usually only available for identical products from the same manufacturer. We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at support@online-dispensary.net. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.
We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.
